The most exciting experience at Gourmet Theatre is a ‘chef’s table on the move’ concept, where guests can experience a moveable feast from one chef’s table to another. Featuring world-renowned chefs from Thailand and around the world, guests are invited to experience a rotating chef’s table, moving from three chef’s table and bars including two special four-hand collaboration chef’s tables, where guests can observe full-on gourmet preparation and theatrical display of culinary prowess from renowned chefs.

As guests move from one live cooking station to the next, all located within the second floor of The Food School, a wild adventure of flavors is designed to impress and satisfy, accompanied by bespoke tipples designed and crafted by celebrated bars in Asia.

Gourmet Theatre is a unique dining event that gathers two most crucial elements of a fun dining experience — good food, and great company.
